2" inch lowering springs for $100?!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/M2-Pe...Q5fAccessories

Was looking up parts on ebay and came across these. They look really iffy ...I was wondering if anybody here would use this or even heard of the brand before and can vouch for it? thanks!

C'mon, look at the name of the company... you'd be a "bonehead" to go for these springs...

dont do it man, its one thing to cheap out on lights or small touches like rep kits or spoilers, but stuff like engine parts and suspension, i would not get anything other than well known brands that have great reviews

Actually, it seems "Bonehead Performance" is just a reseller. M2 Performance is the company that makes the springs. $100 for a set of springs is real cheap, but you wonder what corners they cut to get that low. That said, anyone wanna be the guinea pig?

well iv done some research on M2 performance and looked on other car forums, and the feedback is that its 50% good 50% bad. One problem people experienced with springs for other cars was that either the back or front springs wouldnt drop the car. But I also saw some ppl comment that it was an "all right" buy for the price, and that they liked it.

FWIW, i bought some cheapie ebay springs back in the day and they squeaked like mofo! Spend the extra $100 and get Eibachs or H&R from Tire Rack.
