Sweet, not a bad price. My other laptop broke and it's been annoying bringing using my work laptop because it's a full size 17" one.
My only issue is why didnt you tell us before! lol

Either. It has USB ports. I do not recommend Bluetooth, takes forever!!

It has a USB port so you can upload with that.

It might be worth getting the upgraded model. it has 2GB of ram... the 1GB is kinda bad on my model.

Are you only using it to flash or for other things?

Well I suspect iCrap probably doesn't flash it much anymore since our journey with Dime Feng has ended

I have the 1GB one, I literally only downloaded FP manager and it works really well.

1. I download Vit's cal from my desktop to the flashpro
2. Take the flashpro down to car
3. Turn on Winbook and plug in FP via USB
4. Download CAL from FP into FP manager on WinBook
5. Upload to ECU
6. Shut Down tablet and go datalog.

I have flashed about 6 CAL now and have 80% battery life left on the tablet without recharging it ( I just shut down after every flash and it has worked flawlessly)

The battery life on that thing is pretty good, it lasts a really long time.

So, I'm running Dime Feng's latest calibration, and for the hell of it I decided to take the car to right before the (newly configured) rev limit (7600rpm; didn't hit recovery) in 2nd before shifting into 3rd. I notice that when it shifts into 3rd, the revs will drop normally due to upshift, then RPM climbs a bit, then it falls down a bit, then it starts climbing back up again (all while flooring it; TPedal ~100%). Feels like a sudden loss of power (drops at around 5555rpm to 5295rpm. It's reproducible almost always (2nd to 3rd WOT).

I've uploaded the datalog if anyone would be kind enough to take a look! If anyone wants to take a look... focus in at around 7:06 minutes in. It occurs at ~7:14.5. I've learned quite a bit of vocabulary, but at the end of the day, I obviously still don't really know wtf I'm doing in terms of tuning.

Also, my knock count (mostly in cylinder 3) seems to somehow end up at a high of 293 by the end of my 22min trip. I think I've asked this before... but since it seems like it's almost always in cylinder 3, and it seems pretty random (getting knocks from cruising for example), could it be that these are all coincidentally phantom knocks?

@iCrap, and anyone else running the latest cal. Do you guys get this issue? In terms of mods, I'm not far off from Dime Feng's setup (I have the RV6 PCD at least), whereas IIRC iCrap you're still pretty much stock in terms of "engine" mods.

Wonder if it's cuz I have a MY13. I'm still a bit skeptical of the 2011+ support. I wouldn't be surprised if it was still a bit buggy... but I'm trying to be optimistic of Hondata. Some help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Yep, the 2nd / 3rd gear issue is a known thing even on a non-tuned car. I'm surprised you haven't noticed it before.

It'll happen pretty much EVERY time you go into third, without fail. There was a thread discussing it a while ago, i don't think anyone knows why it happens. It's an AT only problem obviously. It annoys the iCrap out of me

Pretty sure your getting lots of phantom knocks also. afaik the sensor is essentially a mic? the rasping and vibrations and crap are causing that (I think, not 100% sure)

I haven't done a log in a while but I was only getting like 10-15 knocks per trip. and yea oddly enough they were all on 3.

Another reason to not boost this autotragic. Epic fail. I'm surprised Vit + FlashPro couldn't remedy this issue. I suppose it's something beyond the FlashPro's reach...

And yeah you are right. I have noticed it before just decided to bring it up now since I thought it was due to the calibration. I do also notice it on non-redline/WOT pulls too. It's annoying as fuck.

@joe You have a 6MT smh. How can you complain about that transmission? A Honda 6MT is a proper transmission. I love my car otherwise.

@utah, is it corrupted? The datalog is zipped so you'd have to unzip it first.

^ yeah the problem isn't really in the price since MTs naturally retail for less. But rather, the rarity of the 6MT. These autos are a dime a dozen... and sadly I'm one of the sheep in the herd

Someone needs to do a 6MT conversion and DIY the whole thing on Azine (no, I won't be the guinea pig!)

I think the RPM drop is due to torque converter lockup. It probably wouldn't be noticeable on your car since you're making 2x the power

Yeah somebody needs to do a swap... but i think it'd be really damn hard. you would need to get the wiring harness... transmission, cluster, probably ecu, etc. probably would be easiest just to buy a destroyed mt TSX and swap the parts over

If vit can confirm he can fix the third gear issue i will gladly pay for a tune. I don't think he will be able too though.

I would, Lol.

Sooo, owning my SE for a few weeks now, I'm really itching to get a FP, especially when lurking this thread lol. Still on the fence, I don't want any voided warranty if its traceable, not that I'm too worried, I've never had issues with any of my previous Hondas/Acuras.

Yeah I was talking to Vit to see how much longer because they were running a dyno special at the local shop for this month. I might just make it as I should only have 3-4 more runs left.
