Thanks for help Rob and Ron. Somebody locally is selling me A02 & A03. And based on my research I m still getting mixed results. If A04 is interchangeable with A02 and A03 then it should technically work.

They will work but you should get them very cheap. There is a reason Acura updates its part numbers, mostly due to improvements or possible problems with earlier models.

Not to mention that Acura/honda tpms have no Manufacturing stamp or date on the sensors

I called Acura head office about it !

Basically the sensor is dormant/sleepping (when new)
Once activated (first time u used the sensor) the battery life
gets drain over the years .

Sensors last a average of 5 years more or less !

So buying a used sensor could be a gamble in my opinions !

I have one of the 42753-STK-A04 that's still sitting in the bag, so I can test this for you if I can figure out how. I have a 2013, and this is my first car with TPMS, so I'm not really familiar with how the system works. What's the easiest way to test that the new sensor is recognized? I tried just placing it on a wheel and letting the car run for a few mins, hoping it would get picked up and throw a low tire pressure error, but nothing happened. Should the one of the current wheels be removed and placed away from the car to make the test sensor become recognized?

I got my TPMS system to trip up by having a bag of 4 sensors in my glove compartment while I drove normally. It came on about 20 minutes into my ~90% highway commute that day. Pressing the info button showed that one of the corners was reading 0 or -- (can't remember exactly).

I suspect it'll be tough to trip the TPMS module up by having 5 sensors nearby, where 4 of them are closest to the wheel wells. You could try removing a wheel and putting a bare TPMS near the hub or something if you're really curious. Or you can attempt what I described above if you have more than the 1 spare.

+1. I had to replace my sensors once due to low battery. The system will not tell you that there is a low battery in one of the sensors: you will get a "TPMS error" light in the dash, and you need to read the codes to determine the problem.
Low battery may also cause signal interference, which will cause yet other codes to be set in the system.

New sensors are the only way to go, considering the cost of installing them (need to unmount / remount the tire and re-balance, which cannot be DIY).

Thanks everyone for helping me out here. So the person who I was buying off old TPMS didn't reply back. But that was a blessing in disguise. Next day, I found another used tpms (42753-TL2-A52) on sale and that was off 2013 Acura TSX. I paid little more but all in all things worked out for me.
