Drop by Tein S-Tech

I waited until the winter and the possibility of snow was finished to lower the car. So far I am very satisfied with the handling and ride quality after the upgrade. Check out my car on the link and give me your feedback.

Its about 5-6 inches from the ground. I have to lift it to get my little hydraulic jack under it. Its barely a 1 finger gap in the rear and good luck in the front.

get some wheel spacers, itll bring the wheels out a little more and make it look a bit more aggressive. something like 5 front 10 rear would be fine (most do 10/15)

You read my mind exactly. Now when you say 5 and 10 is this the width or a part number?

im referring to the width of the spacer, like how much they push it out (5mm / 10mm).

I have read on the forums that the way to go is 10mm front and 15mm rear (since the rears are slightly more tucked than the front) but i feel like 5mm front and 10mm rear would be enough in some cases. Take a look and see how close your rear wheels are to the inside of the fender and you'll get an idea of how deep you feel like going

I believe the issue was that spacers apparently put undue stress on the bolts since the rims are farther out than they were originally designed

Thanks NC, i used what you said to search it up and found this:

Wheel spacers are an evil thing but necessary on some applications to fit things. I don't follow what you mean about the stress that 10mm isn't enough? The less spacer the better with none being best. The more the greater the stress on bolts bearing and greater the deterioration in steering geometry, turning circle and a few other settings.
i know they are mainly done for style but in some applications are used for brake clearance with BBKs as well. I did also find posts advocating spacers, but lets just put this info out there

I do still think subtle spacers would totally help the look of the 18 stockies that unevakno has, and i also believe we have a few resident forum members running spacers too

Form > Function in this case, I've seen some aftermarket reinforced bolts that work in conjunction with the spacers as well.
