Was on a short road trip last night and after a couple hours on the highway my MID lit up yellow and the "T!RE" symbol illuminated. The nav screen started blabbing about a code 36 which the kind robot-lady explained was a TPMS malfunction or tire problem and was caused by a spare tire on the front right, new aftermarket tires without sensors, or a general system fault.
Shortly after that the nav screen started babbling about a code 38 for the rear left either having a spare installed, an aftermarket wheel without a sensor, or a general system fault.
Looking at the MID tire screen, all four sensors were not registering pressure, just showing "--".
Which told me that it was no big deal, probably a TMPS system hiccup that would go away the next time I started the car. An hour or so later, I made a stop but didn't turn off the car juuuust in case there was a problem that would prevent it from restarting.
And then when I got it to drive away again, all sensors were reading right again.
Yay technology!

mine DID the same on highway maybe 4-5 times. it always just went away.
i attributed it to the 19's, sensor further away from reader, OR RDX TPMS.
but you all stock and it happened, no bueno

Yeah, that was the odd part - All OEM stock, nothing spectacular happening, just cruising along, mostly with the cruise control set, pretty flat roads, for hours. And then, boop!
Dunno. I do wonder if I might have passed through a high RF area, or EMI zone, or something of the sort that caused some interference. But then the fact that they just fixed themselves without a power cycle.
Not a big deal but the fact it happened at like 1:00 AM made my exhausted brain really struggle to take in the situation to determine it was not a problem. For a split second I actually thought it was telling me I had 4 flat tires and I though, "man that's a bummer to have all four go at the same time". But then I realized the chances of that, on the highway, is asymptotically near zero. Plus, you know, my car wasn't careening into the concrete barrier either. So that was a clue.
