Help with sleeves

My friend wants a cheap suspension job:

How does Skunk2 Coilover + tokico struts sound?

I know he needs struts or shocks because the stock will die quickly....soooo help please

~600$ I havnt really heard too many good reviews for the skunk2s although, ive heard some interesting things about Ground Control coilovers . Anyone care to enlighten me?

he is willing to spend $600 on that setup?

tell him to wait until he comes up with $250 more dollars and get tein basic's, megan's, or k-sport's.

Yah, I was basically thinking the same. But he got the mod bug and is buying stuff like crazzy. Ill tell him to chill out but idk what will happen.

its cool that he wants to buy alot of stuff, but he really should save the extra $ for good parts, instead of decent sleeve coilovers and crappy shocks.

he will be alot happier in the end.

or, let him buy whatever the hell he wants, and just say "i told you so" when the time comes to prove him wrong.

i would avoid sleeve coilovers all together.. go with either tein, tanabe, ksport coilovers.. check the blackmarket you can find used well within your range.
