I think it all depends how low you are and how much your camber and toe are off.... if the camber is out beyond -1, then I think most people recommend them. If not, then your tires should be good... From the other posts I read, most people have said as long as toe is good, you are good...

In order to know for certain if you need a camber kit you will need to get an alignment after lowering the car.

Kind of off topic but does the camber kit replace the swaybar endlinks?

I am on HR SPorts and did not need a rear camber kit until about 3 years after I installed them..but, the rear kit not only fixed my rear camber issue..it also helped to get my front numbers better and back within range. Every car is different..some need them, some don't..only an alignment can tell you for sure. 55 offset wheels like the 02-03 Type S will help in your numbers..i was always closer to spec with those on than my old 45 offset wheels I had

im on a 2" drop without a camber kit and my tires are wearing as close to normal as i can tell..

my toe was horrible after the drop though.. each front wheel was .5 and rears were .15 and .2

camber is only bad on my rear tires and its right at -1 degree

TOE is the killer to tires. You should be fine with that camber. Im slightly higher (1.6) on the rears and mine wear normal.

i believe so, but i only have the rear camber kit..it actually helped improve my front specs slightly..i plan to get a camber kit for my front to have perfect factory specs for optimum tire wear
