I tried the lock out and it doesn't change anything so I thought maybe I should try pulling it to see if it was bad. Then I read somewhere that there is a relay for the other three windows under the dash. Can anyone confirm if this is true and if that might be the culprit? The big problem is the passenger side window is stuck down and I need to get this fixed before it rains.

Sounds like its the drivers side window switch if all the windows dont work but the drivers does. All power and control come out of that.
