You don't have to worry about your alarm. How far are you wanting to go on the stereo($$) and are you looking for sound quality or just something to go boom. Also will you be doing most of the work yourself, using an installer or a combination of both.
You can also check out the audio/video section for some ideas and inspiration.

More questions
Well thank you, I was wondering if my anti theft would work properly.
I am really trying to install a computer in my car. The Factory stereo is kind of getting on my nerves even though the sound quality is good.
I know with some cars if you take the factory stereo out you need some kind of adapter so that the security system works

yeah nothing will be affected if you take a look around the site you can read up on some stuff other people have done. I work a car audio store so by all means ask away... yeah your factory keyless entry wont be affected. nothing will be. UNLESS you have the Bose system pretty sure you do. If you do switch it out you will need to intergrate your speakers in with the new radio. Ur sub wont work but yeah depends how far you wanna go in my signature u will see all the knicks and knacks i've done and i love my system to death
welcome to the site man!!!

They all have BLOZ and you dont have to integrate your speakers with the new radio. There are adapters that make it plug and play and will bypass the stock EQ. The only thing that wont work is the oem sub, which will require a little custom wiring if you want it to work

Streeteffectz has a DIY on it under the audio/video forum.

if you want to replace the stock HU do yourself a favor and replace everything, it will be worth it. the stock speakers are just a 6" paper cone full range speaker with no tweeters. they are kinds shitty and each has it's own seperate amp. If you want to do it the right way just take off the Blose shit out and put in some good equipment.
