Thermo Switch or Water Temp Sensor?

I need help guys. I am having problems finding a sensor. I have read threads that have said, that the sensor is on or close to the radiator on the passenger side. Where is it? Is it visible from the top of the engine? Do I need to look beneath the car.

I have a 2000 TL.

Tell me if these are the components...#14 or #15.
