Is it the back support that's moving? Or the entire seat?

If it's the entire seat, then there are four bolts holding it down to the floor. Check to see if they are loose.

In the front of the seat, you will see a bolt on each side. In the rear, the inner side bolt is bolted sideways to the floor underneath a black cover (pops right off) and the outer bolt is bolted to the floor just like the front ones. If the entire seat is moving, then these bolts could be loose.

If just the back, then the seat's fucked inside.

It needs the seat riser. I have replaced mine once. A pretty common problem. Warranty should cover. It covered mine at 78000 with acura care warranty.

Rocking seats

I had the same problem in my 02 TL-S. THere is a shim kit the dealer can install to fix this. If you're under warranty, ask for a new seat assembly
