04-06 TL Side Mirrors with Puddle Lights

Part Fits (you may select multiples): TL 3G

Hey there =)

I have a pair of 04-06 TL side mirrors in SSM that I took off of my 04 since I upgraded to 07/08 side mirrors.

They come pre-mounted with Oznium 3W flush mount LED bolts.

This picture is of the 1W version, the 3W LEDs are much brighter, it's wicked bright.
I replaced the 1W version with the 3W version in late June.

Here's a video I made of the 1W version.

The 3W version is MUCH brighter, unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of it in action.

$150 USD does not cover shipping, I'm sure we can work something out if you need it shipped.

As for condition, it's an 04 so there's expected rock pitting if you look closely, even though the camera didn't pick it up, it's there.
Driver's side has a couple scrapes on the side. The mirror glass has a really tiny brown spot. Not sure how it appeared, as I never use the heated mirrors.
Passenger side mirror has a scrape near the bottom front.
Passenger's side mirror glass is flawless.
Both actuators are a bit noisy, some white lithium grease could be used to resolve this. I can apply the white lithium grease if you want.

Now on to the detailed pictures.

Where in Ontario are you? Also, are they plug and play for the puddle lights? Thanks!

Ottawa Area
I travel to Toronto area during holiday seasons usually to visit my family.

These are pre-wired, you'll need to tap into the dome supervision wire on the fusebox for the negative (black) wire and tap into the fuse box for the positive (red) wire.

Letting go pretty cheap, I paid $80 for each mirror glass in 2011, and paid $40 for the puddle lights.

I will get some pictures up soon of how the 3W LEDs look since I just installed puddle lights on my new mirrors.

The install seems easy enough after looking through the forum. Look forward to the 3W pictures.

Install is really straight forward

Here are the pictures of the 3W using my iphone.
Note I took this pic after installing only the driver's side which is why the passenger side wall isn't lit up. Also these pictures were taken at around 3PM with light shining through the garage side door window. You can imagine how bright it is when it is pitch black out.

You can compare with the 1W version pictures in the original post.
1W lights up whole side, but mainly only beside the front doors.
3W lights up whole side very bright.

You can see the light emits to the other side of the garage.

If these don't sell by Friday I will be sure to come back and contact you. These would look immaculate on my 05.

Awesome

First to make payment gets them

Puddle lights make a HUGE difference.
I couldn't live without them on my new side mirrors - I felt like the car was missing something. I immediately placed an order on them and installed them the same day they arrived.
These are much brighter than the OEM puddle lights on BMWs, and Fords.

Also want to let people know I can help out on the install if local.

Oh so it was the 3W then! Well, they were bright so that might explain it. Too bad I don't have SSM.

You need to clear your message box since you have less than 5 posts
You just need to make 1 more post until you can message fully.
