Project Car

I finally reach enough money to buy a dark emerald pearl acura touring luxury 2000 model I'm aware of all the problems it comes with so I'm here to begin fixing with the help of Leo Honda, Miami FL.

The car is at the shop now for inspection and this is the list he gave me for everything to be in 99%!

- Brake pedal pad $25.00
- Right front door lock actuator (original part & labor) $120.00
- Right rear door lock actuator (original part & labor) $120.00
- Transmission service $45.00
- Oil change $25.95
- Rear motor mount (original part & labor) $305.00
- Timing belt service (water pump, timing belt, cam seals, crank seal, oil pump seal, oil pan gasket, vtec gasket, solenoid gasket,
oil, filter, serpentine belt) (original parts & labor) $740.00
- Rear main seal (original part & labor) $445.00
- Valve cover gaskets & rear cylinder head orings (original parts & labor) $275.00
- Clock assembly (original part & labor) $160.00
- Rearview mirror assembly (original part) $120.00

Now speaking about the engine as you see it haves a lot of problems..

so I have been thinking should I just swap out my J32A1 engine with a J32A2 from type s model?

I look a lot into cars but I have little mechanic experience so this site have been a great guide for me to get my car the shape I want it to be (;

Your rear main and head covers are leaking? Why do you need a new clock?

$1765 alone on engine work? You can get a new(used) engine for less than that with all the trimmings.

bet he has never worked on a TL-that trans service,,, timing belt list has everything but the tensioners--which are very important

Do you already own this car or can you run from it still?
