Make sure all the cylinder head cover bolts are tight first. One might have come loose. Does it look like it's leaking from the bottom of the cylinder head cover? Picture is tough to tell.

Cant really tell from that picture where its leaking. Try tightening that bolt up some to see if its loose. Also take a rag with some degreaser on it and clean that area to keep a eye on it and see better where its coming from

you have to remove the valve cover in order to change the tube seals. I don't think it's very hard to change them once the cover is off. You can either buy the tube seals separately, or in a valve cover gasket set (ask to make sure it comes with the tube seals). Oh, and some brands sell a set for just one side. BTW, I've never done this before...

once the valve cover is removed, flip it over and the tube seals should be sitting right there. you'll notice the three tubes coming up out of the head (where the spark plugs are). Again, I haven't done this on my TL, but from experience with other Honda's...
You can check aftermarket parts stores for the gasket if you want. You should be able to pick a complete valve cover gasket set up for about $40-50.
