My car suddenly started to overheat!!!!!!!

I was driving around and i just glanced at the gauges and noticed the temp rising. It reached 3/4 .When i came to a stop ,it would rise and when i drove off it would lower.Too hot to check anything right now.Going to check the radiator later on.The thermostat could be stuck also, what else should i look for?

I should also mention that the fan was working a lot prior overheating, but afterwards did not notice if it was working .I also removed the throttle body to because the accelerator was getting stuck and i needed to clean the IACV.
Maybe there's an air bubble in the coolant as a result????

Did you connect the coolant lines up to the TB correctly? Its possible you left one off or have one connected to a vac line and have sucked the coolant up dropping the level?

The radiator is full, the cooling lines are placed correctly, must be the fan or thermostat, how can i verify these?

I worked on the throttle body on thursday and it only started to overheat today,so this means that the coolant lines are placed properly. If there was an air bubble in the line would it take this long to overheat?I started the car earlier and it overheated within 5 mins of driving.

You said the fans were running so its probably not a fan switch. My guess is a thermostat.

I think it's the thermostat because it starts to overheat within a 3 min drive.
