I"m new to TL...Main't require lighted up and I just want to know is that normal?
how can I get rid of it? If i change oil and everything does it goes away? or i have to bring to dealer?

you can reset it easily. it just comes on every 7000miles i think. to let you know its time for a checkup/oil change

 

safer to get codes read at autozone, then if nothing is wrong (no codes = pass), i would follow reset procedures:

"With the car off, Press and hold the Trip and Reset light with 1 hand, while holding them BOTH in turn your key to the RUN position (not start but run) and continue to hold them in till they turn off. It takes about 10 seconds."

 

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car.

There's nothing to check. The car counts the miles and turns on the maintenance required light after a certain mileage...I believe it stays on solid after 7.5k.

The red check engine light is another story.

 

there is nothing wrong with the car, the light blinks after 6k and stays on after 7, just resent it and that is it, its just a remainder, to change oil, ect
