Seat belt noise
I took my car to the dealer twice for this and now it start it again, this is the third seat belt that it's making noise, any info on how to solve this without going again to the dealer. Even the passenger seat belt was making noise. With my wife both in the car radio off it's annoying.
Thanks for any info.

I just fixed this in my car. Another user posted a thread about how to get rid of it. But i'll give you the jist of it, because i can't find the thread anymore.
Before you start!! Read number 7
1) Unbolt your seats from the floor of the car (a bolt at each corner, you have to remove plastic covers on the rear two bolts. also move the seat forward and backward to better access the bolts)
2) lean the seat out the door (unclipping the elctrical wires underneath is unnceccesary) and put something (like a toolbox) under the seat to keep it leaned out the door.
3) take a phillips head screwdriver and take out the three screws on the side of the plastic seat panel (remove the panel)
4) Unbolt the seatbelt from the seat
5) Have the seatbelt unit in your hand and start dis-assembling it (washers and such, but keep track of what goes where)
6) You will find a black wavy-looking washer (That is what is making all the noise!!)
7) Replace the wavy washer with a thicker flat washer
8) Re-assemble the seatbelt unit, replace the plastic side panel, rebolt the seat to the floor, and replace the plastic panels over the 2 rear bolts.
This should take you ~1.5 hours
PM with any questions. I have done it twice now (the first time i didnt have replacement washer yet, so it wouldnt tighten enough, dont make that mistake)

Damn, I know I am ressurecting an old ass thread... but my squeak came back and it is bothering the hell out of me.... Acura says they can't do anything as they can't 'replicate' the noise which is bs.... but anyway.... anyone know the part number for the above pictured washer/gasket?
that washer that needs to be changed, is it because of a squeking from the seat belt when driving over bumpy roads? i have that noise too, and when there's no music on, i can hear it. piece of crap if you ask me from a $20K car.
