Question Dismanteling the door panels

I tried to take off complete door panel because i want to repaint the the plastic part into sliver color. Everything went well, took everything off but there was something holding the panel where power window switch is located. There is no screw visible and I didn't want to pull to hard so I don't break something. If someone did this allready i would appreciate any input or advice on how to take it off without damaging anything. Thanx!!
