your avatar shows lowered car--if thats you, its possible 1 or more speed sensor wires at the wheels have been damaged,,it happens~ often to a front where wire gets corroded or caliper gets hung loose instead of secured up with a wire tie when working on brakes,,,
have you tried an ecu reset by `clock fuse removal method` and see what happens?
A brake shop will have the special reader for ABS codes and troubleshooting
that normal readers wont get
what work was done on it last?

its always possible a wire to speed sensor got damaged in wheel rotation,,or general mystery damage
reset ECU as described before with clock fuse and see what it does
your mechanic made no guess as to cause of lights- besides reading codes which we all know are- lets say it together- CLUES!!!- not Diagnosis on their own.
false codes lead to real problem

my mechanic was short on time because i had to go on work and gave me the code to search up on here to see wut i could figure out. its so crazy on how many parts from different years and models of hondas are put in the 2g tl. he had to keep going back and forth in the books and ran out of time
Hey have any of you guys figure out anything on the problem you're having? My 03 tl-s has these 3 lights on and I got the codes read at acura, the are telling me its giving a couple codes but the most definite is right side wheel sensor... but then they tell me this car has a sensor inside the wheel hub basically where the wheel bearing is... never heard of that.
ask to speak with the service manager if the writer didnt do their job explaining needed repairs
'03 is different than my 01, but if a wheel speed sensor is bad- you replace it!
Go to another place that specializes in brakes and get a 2nd opinion

how often are you calling upon the ABS anyway??
what do you mean 1/3 of the time..every 3rd time you stop is a full on max effort slick conditions?...or your bad speed sensor is causing it to abs in normal traction conditions?
It should only come on in wet/slippery conditions where you break traction on one or more wheels
as on: hit ice, see stopped car in front of you- slam brakes ~panic stlye~ AND crank the steering wheel to avoid the accident ahead of you
Neatly drive around the crash without being a part of it!
If your abs is pulsing the pedal in normal conditions: look to speed sensors- bad wire and dirty ring

I did the same. And got the same results. Just havent had time to get the speed sensors replaced. I need to go in for a recall on airbag replacement and will have them checkout the speed sensors then.
I did the same thing. does anyone have a picture of a wheel speed sensor so i know what i am looking for. preferebly on the car and not separate. p.s. comptech headers finally installed w/ tein springs and eibach struts!
Go take your wheel off and look at the back side of the knuckle (behind the rotor) there is a wire that comes down the knuckle and goes into it and reads the pickup teeth on the axle. Its the only wire that runs down there.
