yay or nay?

Before...

https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-photograph-gallery-99/aspec-rims-plastidip-868802/

Now...

Never was a fan of chrome. But long story short, new tiresput on scratches on plasticdip equals peeling everything off. Going to either platicdip again or powerdercoat in spring. What color should i go?

By the way, if anyone likes chrome and would like to trade... please let me know..

Thanks for your comments!

Not really a fan of either. I'd go with a machine finish instead of the polished look.

They both look like AM colored wheels when you look at them. Dont put dark wheels on a dark car unless its fully black wheels.

Thanks. Think ive decided to make it that hyper silver color. Plasti dip smoke 3 coats, 3 coats silver metalizer, and a can of clear coat...

i think the black chrome tl wheels go good just because the door handles, exhaust tips, and trim of the car is chrome maybe you should go Lower.

Hrm... not really a fan of the chrome. Sorry, I'd have to say nay.

A-Specs on the ride looks great though. Get them powdercoated.. think gunmetal wouldn't provide much of a contrast. I would say to try hyper silver:

My buddy just got his done by Al's Hubcaps out in Mineola, LI. Fixed bend/chips and also powdercoated for $135 a wheel. Doesn't look bad in the pic!

Looks good man. If they were darker then it would be sick. Or dark bronze

A specs are nice. The more shine the better. Low pros would look much nicer
