the 99's dont come with fogs. you're gonna have to custom fit something from an accord or civic if you want fogs

 

New tint and exhaust

 

Do something nice with your grille (Paint or Mesh) and clear headlights is the next step.

Well I think you should get 3a tips. Exhaust isn't gonna really give you any hp gains. The tone of your stock exhaust sounds good the way it is. Get some coilovers if you don't have already, cold air intake and maybe some visors(i'm really not a fan of them). Your car looks good now though....
