PS render of possible aspec style grill

Always like some of the subtle effects the lucky canadians got with the 03 tl type s aspec, so i'm gonna try to add some of those to my 02 tl type s. Not brave enough to do the headlights yet, and still looking for the jdm inspire spoiler so thought i start out with something easy and i think i've seen it around the boards also.

color matching the grill to the body color. right now i have a photoshop render, and the pic isnt' the greatest since the flash washed out the colors, so its not exactly how it will look, not black enough, but i think it definatly adds to the look of the front of the 02-03's

yeah the color looks blue. Unless you are experienced with painting, I would have a body shop do that piece. It's going to be exposed to the elements as well as any road debris, rocks and it'll get beat up pretty quick. That part needs to be prepped really well or the paint won't bond properly.

A quart is a little over kill. You can paint a hood and 2 fender with a quart (1 quart paint + reducer comes to 2 quarts or 1/2 gallon sprayable with most paints)

Your right. I'm just getting a quart since i know in the future i'll probably need it for any spoiler / body kit i decide to go with. So yes, for just the grill the quart is an overkill, i'm just plannin ahead.
