looks real good man i like it alot i have a quick question.....how did you sand the creased areas like the tight ass spots in the crevices and shit or did you just sand the majority and then prime it

Um, i tried to get all the hard to reach areas as best as possible, but i mean, as long as the whole cover is scuffed up it'll be fine. Basically just got everywhere that i was able to get and painted.

Yeah, definitely agree with that. Is it powder coated or did you just buy a high temp spray paint? I think I might consider doing something like that...just not sure what color to go with for a SSM

I used Dupli Color High Temp Paint (Blue). Dupli Color only makes one color of blue in the High Temp so you cant really miss it at Pep Boys. Thats where i got my cans at. I was lucky too, last two cans on the shelf. Yeah it looks good when its all dried and everything. Its not glossy but its smooth looking. Also, make sure you spray the blue on in several thin coats. Dont do two thick coats or else its gona come out feeling dry but slightly on the sticky side.

Its Dupli Color High Temp Paint (Blue). Got it at Pep Boys. Read the post i left above this one

Come on now, you know the answer to that question Because i was planning on getting a CAI shortly after the time i had painted that and that is what i have now as you already know. LOL.
