Before I get to this I'm making sure I have everything I need. I'm not seeing an exhaust to cat converter gasket in my box. Is this one reusable?? If I remember correctly its just a rubber ring type gasket, correct??

yes, it's a donut gasket (rubber wrapped in aluminum?) I had to drill out the old one since it was pressure welded on the cat.
