I have a 2002 tl type s and I hav dc headers ,injen cold air intake , and exhaust .I'm new to Hondas so I need help .not trying to have race car but I want to maximize my power especially torque .any help would be appreciated 🙏.

Doesn't my engine make more power than that one anyway???

 

I'm pretty sure it doesn't; my understanding is your engine was rated at 260 hp using the old methodologies, the J35A3 is using the new measurement standard. That said, I'm pretty sure I've read reports of folks who've taken the heads and intake off their J32A2 engines and mounted them on the J35A3 block to get the best of both engines.

Yes.

 

Is there any incompatible parts I would need to know about?

 

Externally the engines are virtually identical.
