Does anyone have 01-03 tl taillights for sale? Or if you know where I can get them decently cheap?

Well I found some on GO-PART.com for $205.79 for a pair of the 01-03 taillights shipped brand new. I think thats a good deal. Should I go for it?

 

99-01 is amber.

02-03 is clear.

That's not a bad deal, but make sure they are clear (02-03)

 

If it's not oem is shouldn't be around that price. If you want an aftermarket brand that sells red/clear taillights for about $110-150 on ebay.

 

Ebay they have them pairs for like 1 something check them out!

Yeah, they were about $160 used on e-bay with a $40 shipping so they were about the same. Plus I dont have anything set up through e-bay like paypal.....The reason I want those lights on my 99 tl is yeah they will look good and because I smoked my original ones too dark where during the day they look good but at night everyone honks at me thinking that my taillights are out.

i smoked mine and it's still bright from a block away. you musta crayon'd ur shit or something

 

mine are tinted too (vht night shade) and their are no day or night time problems.

 

Yeah, I used this window tint spray that I got from a hobby shop, but he said everyone was using it for the same thing. I probably put about three thin coats on each taillight, but I had to because the first two coats had a slight hazyness orange peel to them, then when I applied the third coat it came out great, but dark. Hey, whatever this is just an excuse to get the nicer lookin taillights that i always wanted.

 

u used the wrong spray. u should have use vht night shade. looks dark and u cant see through it but once the lights are on its still bright.
