How Well Are These Taillights Sealed??

I know it's an 8 year old car, but I was cleaning the car and noticed bugs in my left taillight aren't these supposed to be sealed tight? How did they get in there and most importantly how do I fix this? Do I have to get a brand new taillight? Thanks!!

take the lights out, remove the bulbs and spray canned compressed air in there gently to get them out. Reinstall bug free!
