On the surface it looks the same but the holes are larger than before and on the rear of the pulley the scallops are deeper. It is lighter and re-designed from before but isn't obvious by just looking at it.

It's part of their warranty--change the belts now and every two years per the warranty. They're only about $10 a piece.

You should replace the belts. If you just did them though it's fine.

Just a heads up to anyone about to do the install. The recommended belts are:

Power Steering - K040440 - 9/16" x 44 3/4"
Alternator and Air Conditioning - K060465 - 13/16" x 47"

These are longer than the ones recommended on rockauto. (I recently replaced my belts when I replaced my tensioner, and it looks like I'm going to replace them again.)

Starter method is probably the best way to do it.

I didn't want to use the starter method either, but my impact wrench couldn't budge the nut, so I had to. It worked without a hitch.

I wanted to use the belts recommended by XLR8. I don't think the gates belts on rockauto are wrong, but they're for the OEM crank pulley. The difference in length is 1/4" - 3/8".

I'm using the OEM belt with no problems. Weird that XLR8 recommends a different size belt for stock diameter pulley.

The stock diameter pulley gets stock diameter belts. I'm not recommending anything different.
