Got the same problem. It's minor enough I haven't bothered to take it in. Will likely do so with the 30k service.

I got the same problem in my 99 TL. When I sit in the drivers seat - If I lean forward then backward quickly it feels like it moves a quarter or half of an inch. Is this what you guys are experiencing? I just haven't gotten around to trying to tighten up the seat.

I started to have this problem asfter Mike Harvey Acura tech fixed my buckle squeaking issue. He bent the frame (they called it the TSB) and my seat started to slide back a bit everytime I brake hard and drive again. I am thinking of bringing this up at 30k service (Of course, I am not going back there). Anyone has experience with their seat track replaced? Did it help? Thanks.

Blown is Best
I had mine also fixed under warranty. Roplaced the track but...That wasn't the fix. There's a bracket that attaches to the seat base. For the front tilt mechanism. a pin runs through that bracket to allow the front to pivot. That hole gets enlarged causing slack in the seat.
