Post V-AFC installed pics!

Finally got it installed by my friend at SoundAdvice.
He told me that he's gonna make the template out of matching vinyl later but I kind of like the mesh look.......what do you guys think?
Another thing..... that's the lowest the controller could go in order for it to close.

It looks really nice! Is it easy to install? I'm thinking to get one for my accord and install it myself.

It looks great. Where does the wiring go? Would your friend be able to do that for me and if so how much? Otherwise, can you post instructions on how to? Thanks.

Tanner,

You suck I was gonna do that. That's why I asked you about the size of the controller.

Oh well, it looks awesome. You are the man.

Thanks guys!!
It's a Apex-i V-AFC(Vtec-AirFlowConverter)

It let's you control the air flow at any RPM, to take advantage of all of your mods(smoother power curve).

It let's you control when your Vtec engages, so say I was racing another TL, My Vtec would engage at 3800rpm while the other TL engages at 4300rpm

It also meters(3 different - analog, digital and graph) the air pressure, throttle(%), rpm and Vtec.

It is a very good mod if you have and want to take advantage of your mods, it won't do much if your car is stock.

As for installation,
Just install the display where you want it and run the wires to the ECU(there is full instructions but we had to call them(Apex-i) 3-times because the instructions are old and even the website's updates aren't updated.

For people with a good amount of engine mods, I do recomend this product, as for the settings, you could ask around for others but I recommend that you Dyno test it because every car is different.

PS. It(LCD display) looks so sweet at night time ! !

That looks awesome! Great spot for it! That might be coming to my car this summer if I can find someone to install it there. It's just wasted space right now since I don't own any sunglasses.

Tann, you should find a dyno place that can tune the vafc for you. They will dyno the car then make changes in the settings then dyno it again and just keep going until you get maximum results. I think it was Mike and his CL that got that done, but I am not sure.
Keep us informed.
