Spring Installation

Has anyone installed their lowering springs themselves??.....i kno it can be done i just wanted to know if anyone has done it them self so i can do mine and does anyone know if theres a DIY up about how to do this

Question: once you have installed H&R Springs, would you say that TOKICO HP SERIES SHOCK ABSORBERS are a good combination?

my advice....
1. you need to do it with 2 people
2. itd really help if you did it with someone whos changed springs b4 or at least knows what theyre doing
3. you NEED EVERY tool listed in the diy, and make sure that you have air tools or at least a torque wrench to compress the springs
4. it will take longer that you expect.

thanks for the advice ...but i only want to do it myself as a learning experience and not only that....to save money lol im gonna shop around first see who has the cheaper installation price wat do u guys think the prices range from??

paid $80 bucks to have my H&R springs installed.

installing them your self is very easy. it helps to have 2 people but you dont need it. i have changed springs on about 8 cars myself. hondas are VERY easy. you dont need air tools, but they do make things faster.
