I have a passport 8500x50 and i didnt get a warranty or anything on it, and its screwed up, what do i have to do in order to get it fixed.

Well, if they have customer service like BEL, they will take it back and repair. I had a BEL 950 that was almost 2 years out of warranty. They fixed it for me and peformed a software update for free, I just paid shipping to send to them, they paid shipping to send back to me..amazing. Good luck

 

Yep, the best way is to ask Escort Inc. Many years ago, my BEL detector showed an "Internal Error" display and failed to start up. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to press some buttons while holding down the power button to re-initialize all the circuitries. I tried and the detector went back normal. So your problem may just be as simple as a complete hardware reset.

 

what kind of problem are you having?
oh and i have talked to them on a occasional Service Required warrning ive had with mine. they will more than likely ask you to send it to them to be looked at
