Hi everyone. I've been reading this forum everyday since I bought my 3.2 and have seen many many sick rides. Slowly but surely I'm getting mine there but to get there first I have a question. I ordered the Jlevi puddle lights and started the install today but got stuck on the wiring. I can't figure out which wire exactly to use in the fuse box for the dome light. Each time I think I got the right wire the lights wouldn't fade out. Can anyone help with some information or maybe a picture? I would greatly appreciate that.

Here is a pic for you. It shows where to tap for the Power Wire. The ground is on the same 4 pin connector, its wire color to tap into is Black/White which is to the left of the Wht/Blu wire which is your 12V.

 

make sure to take some pics to show us how they came out! i'm interested in getting them eventually.. are you going to wire it so they go on with the dome light?

 

so i ended up wiring each side to a constant power supply and then i grounded them to the door switch so they light up when the door opens and then dim out when the door closes. and since i live in colorado i decided to wait til i get my new side skirt to put them outside so right now they illuminate the floor of my driver side and my passenger side. ill take a pic of that
