peel outs

with automatic cars, is there anyway to get a sustained peel out without neutral dropping, and what are the effects of neutral dropping for the engine?

Our tranny's are week enough to begin with. Any neutural dropping will eventually leads to major problems. It would lead to probs in any auto car. Why would you want to do that anyway. If you wanted to do bad a$$ burnouts than you should have gotten a rwd camaro or mustang. People like you do stupid things like this and then complain on how much the TL's tranny sucks and why is my car broken.

I kills the transmission. I used to that all the time with my 98 integra, and the transmission started slipping at 30k miles. I feel sorry for the poor fool that has to deal with that now. hehe

Back in the day, my friend neutral dropped in his jeep (don't ask me why) on our way to get ready for our prom. Next thing I know, the guy next to us is informing us that my friend's drive shaft is on the ground and that transmission fluid is leaking all over the road. It was ridiculous. We finally got a tow-truck to get us to where we were going. In retrospect, it was hilarious!

Peter.

burnout

there is a way to do a badass burnout, i did this in my friends stores parking lot, because my tires are warnout anyway, first apply your emergency brake, and make sure you push down hard, then turn your tcs off and stomp on it, you will find yourself roasting and pulling for maybe a foot or two then it will just let loose, but you have to carefull of the redline, i did it for so long that my friends whole parking lot was full with smoke, i wish i could have takin a picture of it, next time i will!!

How often do you really use your parking brake, i know i never use it, and as far as your back crakes go, you will wear out your front ones long before your rear!!
