There are a few things you can look for. Perhaps the gasket on the oil filter, or it may not be tightened enough. But most likely it may be that you did not replace the drain plug washer. It should be done every oil change.

thats not true about the washer, mine has never been replaced and i have 146,000 miles on it and it never leaks a drop
the key is to find where ist dripping from. look under the car to see where its coming from, or placa a piece of cardboard under the car over night and see where the drip is coming from. most likely one of the 2 arent tightened enough or when replacing the oil fileter the old gasket stayed on and you have 2 on there

Go back to the dealer....they put two washers in my pan instead of one because they thought they removed the first.

definitely not the washer coz i changed it every time. for what i saw, there's oil around the gasket, oil pan, and oil filter. a friend of mine working in honda believe that it's the gasket but i remember i read something about the possible oil leaking issue of using oversized filter. so, i'm not sure if the oil spread out fm the filter under pressure so to split the oil to both the gasket & the oil pan.

I use an oversized Amsoil filter (same size as the M1-105) and no leaks here @ 62k miles.
