Any Acura dealership should be able to make duplicate keys. When I had to get this done, it cost me $25 each master key and I had to bring in paperwork that showed that I owned the car (with the VIN #). As for the remotes, I'm pretty sure they have those as well. Even though I also was given one key and one remote, I didn't need to get another remote, because I got the Viper 791XV installed.

Same situation I was in. I mean, how do you lose both remotes and all but one key!?!

I decided to buy a used remote off ebay. I think it was about 20 bucks plus shipping. Not bad at all. Just be sure to get one with the right FCC code.

E4EG8D-444H-A is the code that is on my remote so it should work for you since we both have an 03 TL-S.

Factory Keyless Remotes 2003 TL

That is where I picked up my replacement remote. Quick shipping and some of the remotes come with a warranty (read the descriptions.)

You set up the remote like you do homelink, train it to the car.

You can search on "Program Keyless Entry" or similar terms and you'll find instructions for doing that. You can also, if you like adventure, buy even the regular key blanks from Ebay, have them cut at a regular keymaker and program them at the same time. Good luck!

And CONGRATULATIONS!

I have the 03 TLS, and it also came with only one key. Say what? The independent broker I bought it from gave me two remotes -- I programmed them using online instructions in about 30 seconds.

Yeah - programming instructions for the remote are in the car's manual.

It was very easy to program the remote. Much easier than it looks.

The company that I linked to above sends the instructions with the remote at no additional charge.

It took me about 2 minutes for two remotes. I believe you can program up to 3 remotes at one time.

I purchased my car two months ago and also got one key. I bought a keyless entry from ebay for $25 shipped and had the local Acura dealer reprogrammed it at no charge. A keyless entry cost about $100 at the dealer and a new key cost about $40.
