Ipod for TL

I normally have an Ipod Mini 4GB but I just sold it for $200. Was that at a fair price? Even though Its including 2 USB 2.0 for Ipod (one original) and (one brand new), 2 Apple Headphones (one original) and (one just ordered and will be coming tomorrow), Extended 2 years more of warrenty, Ipod Leather Case, and USB ADAPTER for charging...

thinking about getting 30GB VIDEO

I think they had the 30gb video Ipod for around $299. So paying $99 to upgrade 26gb plus video seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Anyone have suggestions on where to mount his Ipod? I'm always looking for options in my own car.

mine is in my center console. I plug it in there and never touch it after the lid is closed. I can control it from my HU. (aftermarket though)

i can get the Ipod 30GB for $269 and 60GB for $369. just go to apple.com and click educational and do it from that discount. do it from any college in your area. they dont check and see if you are attending that school. also ships within 24HRS, FREE LASER ENGRAVEMENT and Free Shipping.

Has anyone noticed that it seems like the line out volume has been lowered with the iPod software update (I have a 30GB video)?

It's definatley not as loud in my car as it was before the update (I updated mine a few days ago)...

If you go to yout library in iTunes you can click on a song then hold ctrl+a and it will select all of the songs, right click and select "get info" a box will pop up asking if you want to change info for all songs, click yes and then go to the options tab and you can adjust the volume for all the songs, you can play with that and get it to your liking. hope that helps
