Incorrect Time on the forum

How come the time is always off? Can we get that fixed please?

Before you think its our fault, how about going to the 'User CP' and making sure you have selected the correct time zone smart guy

damn i thought i did that once. and it went back. N/m then. Well, I"m sure that I've done that once and it went back eventually???

damn i think i know what i might have done. When I changed it the last time, I used my mouse to scroll done to submit modifications. I just did that this time again and it changed the settings cuz it was still highlighted on the time. DOH!
