Okay, so I followed the directions.... To move the crank pulley, I used my breaker bar with a 19mm 6pt socket (I highly recommend it!). This makes it incredibly easy to turn the crank.
And matched up the white notch with the arrow...
The timing belt pulley has been exposed..
But, the question is... How do I remove the pulley without moving anything else internally? Same goes for the crank, which hole in the flex plate can I insert a screw driver to remove the bolt without having the flexplate bend? here's a picture to help...
I really wish I could get the manual, but I'm busting my balls buying everything else because I have so little time. School's ending soon, so my car has to move somewhere.

Hey Joe, just did some catching up on your thread. Glad things are still going smooth for you. When do you think you will be able to put the motor in? Just be sure you do as much as you can with it out to make life easier. It's nice to see all of the help and support you are getting on here.

Well guys, just came back from some car shopping. I met a guy on ebay that has an ebay store that sells alot of parts for the CL-S 6MT, so I got together with him today and bought $600+ worth of parts for only $120
To Start off, you're looking at this assembly for $300+ for everything, I got it for only $99...
And then, to add on to it, the cup holder for $89? .. only $30!!!
THEN, then side mount with bracket together for $210 new.. only for $50. I needed a new one anyway.
and to top it off... he gave me an ENTIRE clutch pedal assembly for FREE. The
switches sticking out usually cost $32 a piece, the spring that loads the pedal costs $23, and some more stuff.. for FREE!
Other than that, just got belts and sockets for the tensioner.
If you guys want to know who the seller is, I referred him to this site, he said he'd check it out. So far, i'm expected to save at least $700 in parts to finish up the conversion. AND he's only an hr away from me (Tampa)
I'm doing an all nighter, so I'll be posting pics throughout the night as I work on the car.. The engine + arms rest +clutch assembly go in tonight.

Wow Joe! Those parts were a major find!
A big thumbs up for the seller for giving you such an excellent deal!
Where you ever able to remove the timing belt pulley and crank pulley bolts?
If so, how did you manage that?
Bob

Once again, as a reminder, for all of you that are looking to do the conversion, this guy I bought my parts from sells WHOLE CL-S 6MT's every once in a while, so parts are abundant I have to go back to him wednesday to get the shifter, linkage, ECU, and brake pedal all for $300. I love this shit! If they were new, i'd be looking at $700.

hey kris... I noticed, my cup holder for the '03 and center console/shift boot have the heated seat switches relocated. Yours are under the tray, and my buttons are on the cup holder itself. Here's a pic of yours... and then you can scroll up to see mine.
As you see, for mine up in the recent post, they look completely different. What's up with that?

Update!
Alright, I finally finished the center console. Here's a few pics.
Completely disassembled the console.
When worst comes to worse, and the disks for the dremel suck and crumble to pieces, I always turn to that lovely soldering Iron
No, i'm NOT watching porn, just a commercial. lol
I noticed, that the CL-S tray has a light built into it... check it out..
The complete arm rest.
Teaser pic... Center console.. DONE!
The Inevitable is here.
Couldn't do the engine tonight because I left my vital tools in one of my friend's car. I'll have to get it once the weekend's over.
