2 fully loaded semi carriers of what appeared to be 2003 acura TL's...

Could these possibly still be around since they were new from somewhere...?

i didnt see any window stickers, but all of the cars looked brand new.... i wasnt looking for window stickers, i was just kind of amazed to see 2 truckloads full of the same cars (especially since i knew the new model has been out for 3 years now)

i saw them on I-65 in franklin KY headed north.

anyone know what this could have been?

 

maybe they all had bad trannys!

That's very odd. I would like to know what this was, as well. New 03s? Seems unlikely, but not impossible. Sitting is worse than being driven for a car (at least that's what I have heard) so I wonder what they'd be like, if they really were new.

 

well my acura dealer sent me a letter saying they were buying back all 03 model TL's for above blu book prices, so of course i called, and the guyz like we can offer u 12,000 tops for it, and i was like, uhh, ish cool cuz i owe like hella on it still, but anywayz, maybe thaz where u saw them from?

 

This is nothing more than a common dealer tactic to get TL owners in the dealerships to look at new cars. They're hoping you'll fall in love with a new TL, TSX, RL, or RDX and they'll be able to ram it to you without lube on your trade in. $12,000 for an 03 TL? Sad.

 

They pull that crap up here, too. i got a mailer from my dealer less than a month after i got my used TL-S from them. Like they were going to give me what i paid a month ago to trade for a new TL.
