there is a 10mm bolt under the foglight bolting it to the bumper.

take a 10mm socket, 3" extension, and your favorite ratchet....in the bumper, there are 2 holes directly under the fog light...stick the socket up through that hole, and find the 10mm bolt....its easy of you jack up the car and lay on the ground the first time so you can see, the 2nd time you can do it by feel.

anyways, remove that 10mm bolt, and pull out the fog light until you can see the plug, unclip the plug and remove the fog light all the way.

now you can remove/replace the bulb.

alot of times, you can answer questions all by yourself if you just take 2 minutes to look at your problem.

Or take out the front bumper (so easy) so you won't have to realign the fogs lights.

I've accessed it through the splashshield underneath the bumper, just behind the front lip. No bolts to undo, just the pop out "rivets"...

But I just peel back the splashshield, and reach through. I can only do this w/ the car jacked up or when I'm at work and I'm in the lower bay....

For future reference, this procedure is in the owner's manual (not the Helms repair manual- but the manual that barely fits in the glove box. There's even a diagram iirc. Lots of people forget to look there for stuff!
