We can i go in NY pref in the queens area to get some good body work done. Price is not a factor i was in an accident and they other guys insurance is paying.read . I need the front bumber and the driver side panel repainted. The place i went to said that to make it match he would have to paint parts of the hood to make the front fender match and to fix the dents on the door he was going to have to paint the whole door. I really dont want all this painting done cuz im worried about it not matching. I need some advice cuz this is the first time im doing something like this. Who and what should i ask for?

i think that it is necessary to paint other parts if the color is SILVER, otherwise they don't need to blend it in.

Some d..k tried to steal my headlights in January and cut a hole in my bumper. I had my work done at Finest auto body on tremont avenue in the bronx...they do GREAT work and they are not too expensive. Highly recommended.

i was told that silver is the hardest to color match that is why they have to blend into other parts of the car. otherwise the colors would look off.

i had my ssm bumper painted twice b4 they got it right......the first time i didnt want the car masked so i had them paint the bumper off the car ,,,,,it came back a diff shade of silver ,,,,,,,well the second time they blended the paint which i didnt want but had no choice ,,,,,but the work was good and i have no complaints ,,,,,,if u want send me an email at nsxgo@aol.com and u can come see my car in the bronx im rite over the whitestone br,,,,,the work was done by the bodyshop that westchester acura uses.,,,,,,,,i dont know what it will cost mine was covered under warranty
