question about coilover??

Hi, everyone.. I think this is a stupid question. can all the coilover for our car adjust the stiffness as tein, apexi and zeal?

apexis cant, mugen cant, and skunt and groundcontrol wont either...

so tein and zeal can adjust the stiffness, but i don't want the ride to be harsh. Which one will give a more comfortable reide??
