Unhappy Backseat coming off?

I just noticed the other day that my backseat, if I pull up on the corner, it comes partially up. Is this normal? How would I fix this?

Pop the seating part up and out.. then loosen the nuts holding the back part toward the bottom. Once you loosen, all you have to do is push up fm the bottom and back in. Then both side of the back corner should be locked in. Hope this help!

Somewhat normal - the back portion (where your back rests) rests on a lip - you need to push down on the so the male end sits squarely in the female end.

If it's the seat portion there are 3 bolts you can tighten that would correct this.

Hey guys - thanks

I meant the front end of the seat(Where the legs touch , not the rear end)

I'll try to take a picture later today

Rear seats are fastened by a (10MM) on the back part of the seat between the bottom part of the seat and the back support (towards the middle) that has to be removed. Then the seat can be pulled up from the back. Before you pull on a seat, try to analyze what is holding it. Most seats do not need a lot of force to be removed, they all have a trick.

The back support on the rear seat there are 2, 3 or 4 pieces of metal that go into a hole. There are 2 or more bolts that hold the backrest at the bottom. Once you have removed the bottom part of the seat, take the screws or bolts out, and slide the back rest up and out.

First you need to take out your back seat. Pull up on the front edge of the seat itself and it should pop up, then you need to undo a 10mm bolt thats holds the seat in. Its in the middle/left between the seat and seatback. Pull the seatback up and out and you'll be looking at this.

SHORT ANSWER: Yes it is perfectly normal....

HOW TO FIX IT? Push it down... The front part of the seat is clipped down in three (maybe four) places. Simply pull up on the front and it will come loose, push back down and it clips back down.

Note: To remove the entire bottom seat you will have to remove the 10mm bolts (like mentioned above) located where the seat belt bolts are, do NOT remove the seatbelt bolts (you don't have to remove seatbelts to get the seats out and they're really torqued on so it's easier to remove the seat with it left on).

Enjoy..
