Changing rims?

I'm thinking of changing my rims to someting a lil more sporty looking like some lexanis. Lemme know what you guys think? I'm just about done with these tsw's, not really feeling them anymore.

Thinking 20x8.5 front and 20x9.5 in rear

its going to be a night and day difference when you drop it so i say drop it first and see how you like it from there. Its that gap that youre tired of

I know its gonna look a lot better when i drop it but im really not feeling the lip on my rims. the edge of the lip on my tsw's is a flat lip. the lip on the lexanis is curved out almost as if the tires had almost no where to hold on to.

I like the first ones but they are discontinued even though they are not hard to find yet. The last ones are machined face which i should have got from jump.

I'm getting a lot of false information on offset information on the 20x8.5's. Just curious on which offset you need to buy?

i like the top rims as well.

My guy said a 35mm offset or higher is good but remember they still might not clear the calipers. Mostly about the inner side of the spokes having enough clearance.

Droping it will help alot!! But go for 2 tone. Maybe body color spokes with polished lip or even better paint the spokes of your TSW's body color and drop it. I have silver mesh with polish lip on white RL i really like the contrast.

Have someone saw any BMW wheels (5x120) Offset 35+ on 05 Acura RL??
And to make them fit, All we will need centerings to go from 64.1mm to Bmw's 74.1mm wheel Hubs. ? I don't know if these will fit, but i lke them. TireRack doesn't have to many models of Wheels for us.

I thought BMW was 72.56 except for the E39, which had a unique hub size of 74.1 mm.

Anyway, there are a lot more variables you need to consider besides hub size, although that is important. You need to account for the size of the brake caliper and how much offset, etc. With a +35 mm offset, the wider the wheel, the farther out you are moving the outside edge of the wheel. At some point you may have clearance issues, especially if you lower the suspension.
