Hi All! Perhaps some of you can help me / point me in the right direction with a some of the issues I'm having with my 2005 Acura RL.

• My Onstar quit working. I simply get a solid red light next to the button. I still subscribe to Onstar
• CD Changer finally went out. I've read this is a common issue but am not sure where to get it repaired.
• Information Display that shows temperature, etc randomly flickers and displays odd text.
• There is a whining sound from coming from the transmission / drive shaft that is driving me crazy.
• Interior Lights have went out on climate control

Just for the record here are some things I've had to get repaired in the past.

• Windshield Wiper Motor had to be replaced. Dealer said this was a rare issue.
• Replaced Alternator
• Headlight flickering (Simply had to replace bulb)
• Normal Service / Maintenance

The car now has over 120K. I really like the car but it's somewhat a love/hate relationship with all the quirky things that have went wrong.


Any comments / suggestions are much appreciated.

For the CD changer, I would find one out of a wreck yard. No sense in repairing a broken one when there are hundreds of good ones sitting around for cheaper.
