Left Side Doors won't lock or unlock with Keyless Remote - 2008 RL

All,

My 2008 RL left side doors will not lock and unlock with the keyless remote. The will work if I used the key. The right side doors will work perfectly. Also the there is not beep with I lock the doors also. There is a beep when I use the key. Any idea what's going on?

Thanks in advance
RCB

Check fuse 7. If it is blown, replace it. If it blows again, your driver handle has a short and will need to be replaced.

I don't think we have ever seen this issue on a 2008.

I am sorry to say that the fuse was not blown. Any idea where to go next. I know this resembles the issue with earlier RL but no fuse blown in this case. It's the craziest thing. The passenger side doors work perfectly with the remote but the driver side doors only work manually with the key.

When you start the car, does it say, "Welcome Driver 1 (or 2)"?

Try resync'ing the fob per the instructions on the back.

Re-syncing didn't work. Everything else is working fine. I can't even get the door locks to move un the left side unless I use the key or manually lock from the inside button.

Manually lock the lock by the handle, or use the power locks switch?

I think the next step is taking off the interior panel and checking connections.

I used the power lock switch. I bought this car used and this is the only issue. I noticed today that the back door left side, panel was a little loose. Would a disconnection of the connections make both doors not work? I guess I am going to have to take the panels off.

So the power locks work, but the handles and fob don't? Has the handle ever worked? If not, it's possible the previous owner unplugged the driver handle.

It would appear so. Seems there is not power getting to the locks. I will start with the back door since it clearly seems to have been taken look and work on to the front.
