Japanese RL/Legend with host of features.

Hello Guys just thought i would post this link to some RL's in japan with cloth seats, automatic trunk close like the 10 MDX, 2WD 09 shifters . I cannot believe and these models are 2005 and were built with all these extras.

1st gen RL / 3rd gen Legend had several options we never got in North America.

Reclining rear seats, heated rear seats, cloth option, power folding mirrors etc.

I'm sure the US demand for a cloth seat RL is nearly zero though.

Pint is also on this forum and there was a recent thread re: the EU Legend and it has LKAS. The car stays in its lane as long as you hold the steering wheel.
Can you get heated and cooled seats when you have cloth?

The Japs always get the good stuff, and everything before we do. The 1G Fit was a 2001 model there IIRC. Definetely envious.

Hi guys, I went to Japan in November last year to attend NSX Fiesta. Other than driving a genuine Honda NSX Type-R on Suzuka Racetrack , we visited Honda Headquarters in Tokyo. I had a chance to play with the JDM RL/Legend. They definitely have some cool stuff that we don't find in our market... and a better looking grill for the 10+ model years. Unfortunately, I left my DSLR at the hotel but I did get a chance to snap some pictures and videos with my iPhone. I'll post some pics later when I get a chance.

Japan always gets the good stuff. Unfortunately, too few Americans are willing to pay for those extras and so to keep the price reasonable, they are left off.
