I rather spend 700 for front and back lips. Than 1250 just to add side skirts.

The side skirts have very minimal difference between them. But in my opinion it looks "off" having the front and rear A-Spec lips without the side skirts.

Hopefully you can sort of tell from my pictures. It's actually quite noticeable in person. The white one does NOT have the side skirts but does have the front and rears. While my Lakeshore Silver KB1 has the complete kit. The side skirts "flare" a bit more than the factory skirts.

Here is my friend's with NO side skirts:

Here is mine WITH side skirts:

I agree with LSMKB1. It look awkward without the side skirts. The kit goes together and flows from one piece to another. If you take any of those pieces away it looks unbalanced. My opinion.

It depends...It looks weird cause you know its missing. If you asked someone who didn't know much about or drive an RL they wouldn't pick it out. I prefer the full kit.

Well as mentioned by someone else, you have to take off the mudflaps to install the A-Spec kit.

I don't know if it's been done with the mudflaps but I can't seem to picture that in my mind.

i wasnt sayin you could do both. just sayin that with mudflaps wit front aspec kit balances it out a bit.

This.^ It's been discussed a number of times. Plenty of people have done only the front and mud flaps. Plenty others say all or nothing, and I have even seen one in person with just the rear.

Well we are here because we are all into vehicles. At least our vehicles. So yeah.....we would notice. I don't know about you though but I didn't install my lip kit because of what other people would think.

Disagree but that's me. I can tell and anyone who has an RL would be able to tell. I also think it looks better without the mud flaps. Sportier perhaps?

I installed because round these parts, ppl would think I'm a baller and then on second guess a shot caller. IMO Its either full kit or no kit. I do wish the sides were a little sportier but it does what its supposed to i guess

No one is saying right or wrong, all we are talking about is our opinions. To each their own for whatever reason, but nothing wrong in sharing opinions. In my opinion I wouldn't mind if they had gone a lil retro and done something like the '88 Maxima

I believe someone one here has done the full A-SPEC kit with the mudflaps installed. That person has a white RL and it looks pretty nice. Maybe he/she can post a pix.
