Anyone install OEM mudflaps themselves?
Hi.
Is it difficult to install the mudflaps. Looking at the wheel wells, it looks like three screens and that is it. ....
Something tells me it is not "that" easy. Is it?
TIA

I just installed my OEM mudguards last night. Took me about an hour. The front one's are easy, but you will need to turn your steering wheel side to side so that you can use a screw driver to fasten the screws. The front screws are already installed when you buy the car.
The rear flaps are a bit harder b/c you don't have as much room since the rear wheels are not movable. You will need a small short screw driver. I just happen to have one, made it easier. When you buy them, they provide you 4 screws and 4 clips. 2 of them each for the rear mudguards. The 3rd screw in the rear is already screwed in, so you will have remove it first before installing the rear flaps.
I'm happy with my results, plus it will help with the dirt getting on the bumpers and under carriage.
Good luck!

it's a cake walk, it is easier to do the rear IF you remove the tires BUT you don't HAVE too.
